The Department of Vehicles and Drivers Licencing at the Sharjah Police (SP), in cooperation with the strategic partner, the Sharjah Driving Institute, has launched a new branch of the Sharjah Driving Institute in Al Saja’a, to be added to its distinguished services package spread in all regions and cities of the Emirate.
This comes in line with the Ministry of Interior’s strategy to strengthen customer satisfaction with the services provided, and enhancing the quality of life for the UAE community.

The inauguration was attended by Lt. Colonel Khalid Mohammed Al Kai, Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licencing Department at SP, Tariq Abdulrahman Al Saleh, Executive Director of the Sharjah Driving Institute, Lt. Colonel Majid Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Deputy Director of Vehicles and Drivers Licencing Department, Lt. Colonel Rashid Ahmed Nasser Al Fardan, Head of Drivers Licencing Department, and Major Khalid Al Hammadi, Director of the Driving Institutes Follow-up Branch.

Lt. Col. Khaled Al Kai stressed SP’s continuous endeavour and keenness to provide distinguished services to customers and to simplify the procedures that contribute to saving time and effort, in a manner that serves and achieves their interests with ease, and its keenness to upgrade the services provided to customers.

For his part, Tariq Abdulrahman Al Saleh, Executive Director of the Sharjah Driving Institute, stated that the institute was opened after a study of the area, adding that the opening of this branch is in coordination with SP to provide a package of light vehicle inspection services and will soon start providing services for heavy vehicles.
